Saint Dymphna Peer Support Group

The mission of St. Dymphna's Refuge is to provide an environment in which people can meet to share their mental health experiences and Catholic faith. We pray together to grow spiritually closer in our relationship with God, while supporting parents, family members, and caregivers.

Our goal is to provide a refuge for people to be heard in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, where isolation and stigma dissipate as supportive community is created.
